** Jack Lassen, the 4th grade teacher Bart has in "[[Recap/TheSimpsonsS26E7BlazedAndConfused Blazed and Confused]]". This teacher behaves a lot like Umbridge as he is a SadistTeacher who torments and humiliates Bart by shaving his head in class and electrocuting him. He even has a parodied KickTheDog moment when he kicks a cat for no reason. He gets humiliated by Bart in the blazing guy festival and after attempting to kill Bart, gets fired from Springfield Elementary, which he deserved so greatly. His antics even caused school bully Nelson to fear him. [[spoiler:He gets his just desserts when he's fired in the end, becomes a prison guard, and offers Sideshow Bob to pull a VillainTeamUp on Bart next time. Bob is intrigued at first but after Lassen suggests they take turns gutting Bart [[TheOnlyOneAllowedToDefeatYou Bob says "No Deal" ]].]]

** There is nothing remotely likable about [[ObstructiveBureaucrat Henry Peter Gyrich]]. [[AdaptationalVillainy Somehow worse than]] his comic [[AdaptationalJerkass counterpart]], Gyrich is a [[SmugSnake smug]], [[KnightTemplar self-righteous]], [[FantasticRacism bigoted]] zealot who will [[WouldHurtAChild do]] [[BullyingTheDisabled anything]] to oppress mutants.

** [[CainAndAbel Ma'alefa'ak (aka M'comm M'orzz)]] is a slightly downplayed example, given the [[FantasticRacism racism]] he endured in his youth. However, he provides no shortage of loathsome actions, murdering two teenage mutants brainwashed into working for him just to hurt Miss Martian, trying to murder all other races on Mars with a bioweapon (shrugging off the risk of [[HalfBreedDiscrimination hurting mixed-race White Martians like his siblings]]), and assisting Darkseid in inciting wars and snuffing out dissent against his reign. After Connor [[spoiler: seemingly dies, [[SpeakIllOfTheDead M'comm insults him]] to M'gann's face]], despite their shared background as outsiders. In spite of undergoing discrimination and abandonment, M'comm is a [[EvilIsPetty petty, vindictive,]] [[FinalSolution genocidal maniac]] who is little better than those who persecuted him, [[NeverMyFault blaming everyone for his actions but himself]].

** The Wassanasong family, particularly Ted and Chane. Ted is rather affable but is also a BitchInSheepsClothing as well as a gigantic {{hypocrite}}. In "Orange You Sad I Did Say Banana", he chastises Kahn for supposedly betraying his Laotian heritage in favor of the American Dream, even though Ted is a wealthy businessman with lots of material possessions, and in "The Redneck on Rainey Street", he and his family attend Christian churches to attract more business. In "Trans-Fascism", he buys illegal high-trans fat foods after he was the one who proposed they be banned in the first place! And when called out for his hypocrisy, he always has an excuse ready, such as saying that he owns his possessions, but they don't own him and that unlike most people, he has enough restraint to limit his consumption of fatty food. His appearances are usually done in order to make Kahn and Minh look sympathetic in comparison. And as for Chane, he's just an asshole who pervs on Connie and bullies Bobby.

* ''WesternAnimation/XMenEvolution'': [[JerkJock Duncan Matthews]] starts out as an unpleasant bully and rival to Cyclops, but once Scott and his friends are discovered to be mutants, he grows really unpleasant, calling Jean's abilities a "condition" while hitting on her, and relentlessly antagonizing the other mutants at his school, hoping to goad them into misusing their powers. The final season has him [[TookALevelInJerkass really go off the deep end]] when he starts hunting for mutants to kill, even trying to [[WouldHurtAChild murder Leech]].

** There is nothing remotely likable about [[ObstructiveBeareaucrat Henry Peter Gyrich]]. [[AdaptationalVillainy Somehow worse than]] his comic [[AdaptationalJerkass counterpart]], Gyrich is a [[SmugSnake smug]], [[KnightTemplar self-righteous]], [[FantasticRacism bigoted]] zealot who will [[WouldHurtAChild do]] [[BullyingTheDisabled anything]] to oppress mutants.

** Out of all the human villains introduced in Season 1, [[ObstructiveBureaucrat Henry Peter Gyrich]] is arguably the worst of them all. He is [[AdaptationalVillainy somehow worse than his comic counterpart]], going from being a smug, insufferable, controlling bureaucrat to a [[FantasticRacism bigoted]], slimy, [[spoiler: murderous]] one. Unlike Trask and Kelly, who [[HeelFaceTurn realize the error of their ways]], he remains a committed, [[SmugSnake self-righteous]] bigot to the end, culminating in [[spoiler: him trying to murder Xavier in the series finale]].

** Crusher is a self-interested thug, sociopath, abusive parent, and all-around {{jerkass}}. Even when he gets the chance to express some humanity after [[spoiler: Artemis's faked death at Aqualad's hands]], he's more upset that the [[spoiler: apparent loss of his daughter]] was at the hands of another member of the Light and thus harms his reputation.

** [[ObstructiveBureaucrat Henry Peter Gyrich]] is [[AdaptationalVillainy somehow worse than his comic counterpart]], going from being a smug, insufferable, controlling bureaucrat to a [[FantasticRacism bigoted]], [[spoiler: murderous]] bureaucrat. Out of all the human villains in Season 1, Gyrich is not only the most fanatical and smug, but his refusal to [[HeelFaceTurn change his views]] culminates in [[spoiler: him trying to murder Xavier in the series finale]].

** Crusher is a self-interested thug, sociopath, abusive parent, and all-around {{jerkass}}.

** [[spoiler: Yon Rha's]] career as head of the Southern Raiders saw him eliminating water benders in the Southern Water Tribe, [[FinalSolution practically destroying them as a people]]. More personally, he is the one who [[YouKilledMyFather killed Katara and Sokka's mother]], even when she gave herself up to be taken hostage. [[spoiler: After his military service ends, he goes from being a murderous war criminal to being a spineless coward who offers his own mother to Katara for revenge.]] Whereas far more evil characters like [[AbusiveParents Ozai]] and Azula at least have some semblance of EvilIsCool or engaging personalities, [[spoiler: Yon Rha]] is so pathetically spineless and loathsome that there are no redeeming traits, [[spoiler: Katara's decision to spare him and move on being more for her benefit to avoid tainting herself than out of genuine value for him as a person]].

* ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars'':
** [[Characters/StarWarsWilhuffTarkin Captain/Admiral Wilhuff Tarkin]]. Even in his days as a Republic officer, [[TokenEvilTeammate Tarkin was a nasty piece of work]]. In his first appearance (which is during the Citadel arc), he is initially [[UngratefulBastard ungrateful]] about being rescued by Anakin Skywalker and has a very low opinion of the Jedi Order despite serving under one of them, and it's implied he only got into his position through [[ScrewTheRulesIHaveConnections connections with Palpatine.]] Come the Fugitive arc, it is shown he will do anything to one-up the Jedi Order, including [[WouldHurtAChild sentencing an innocent teenage girl to death]] and deny any obvious signs of a frame-up.
** The Umbara arc introduces Pong Krell. Unlike [[AFatherToHisMen other Jedi generals]] that have been shown throughout the series, Krell is anything but a model Jedi and very cruel in [[FantasticRacism his treatment of Clone Troopers]]. He orders the troopers around harshly, gets some of them killed through his ([[EvilAllAlong seemingly]]) incompetent tactical decisions, tries to execute Fives and Jesse without trial, and tricks two clone trooper regiments into killing each other as part of a plan to [[TheMole sabotage]] the Republic campaign on Umbara and win [[TheHeavy Count Dooku's]] favor. He even slaughters half of them when escaping. It's extremely satisfying when he is shot and killed by Dogma, the one clone trooper that was loyal to him throughout the arc out of a naive respect for the chain of command.
** Even in a society of slavers, Keeper Agruss is a repulsive being by Zygerrian standards. His introduction scene involves him casually executing some slaves to make a point of how powerless Obi-Wan Kenobi is in his situation. When Obi-Wan tries to help the abused slaves in Kadavo, it gets to the point that he ends up alienating those he wants to help. When the tables are finally turned on Agruss, not only does he try to ensure that Republic's rescue mission is soured by trying to drop all the slaves into the crater (and destroying the controls so they can't stop the process), he smugly tries to invoke the Jedi ThouShaltNotKill rule against Obi-Wan just because he's unarmed and unable to defend himself, but even Obi-Wan has his limits and [[LoopholeAbuse silently orders Captain Rex to kill him]].
* In ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsRebels'', many of the recurring Imperial officers are this:
** Kassius Konstantine. Not only is he incompetent and a GloryHound, but his screw-ups lead to [[NiceJobFixingItVillain his more competent superiors' plans failing and letting the rebels get away]]. In addition, when he became an AscendedExtra starting in Season 2, it at least seemed that he had a VillainousFriendship with Kallus... then later, after Kallus has a HeelRealization but still wants to see if there's any good in the Empire, Konstantine never acknowledges his return beyond what is basically a "Hi", meaning that the admiral isn't actually that concerned about Kallus and never seemed to have considered him a "friend". He gets even ''more'' insufferable in Season 3, constantly clashing with [[MagnificentBastard Grand Admiral Thrawn]] until his ego finally [[spoiler: gets him killed.]]
** While he only appears in a couple of episodes, pretty much everything that Captain Slavin does is meant to make you hate him. While most Imperials make at least a token effort at actual military service, Slavin is little more than a simple bully and textbook SmugSnake. He's cruel, arrogant, and unbelievably stupid, hurling racist abuse at Hera and mistaking her for a servant even when he has a portrait of her face [[note]]As a child, but ''still''... [[/note]]''hanging on the wall in his office.'' Between making his headquarters in Hera's ''former home'' and dismissing the Twi'leks as [[FantasticRacism uncultured savages]], to the point that it's hard not to cheer on Thrawn nearly throttling him when Slavin suggests that they should destroy a [[BerserkButton valuable piece of art.]]
** While she was always a bad guy, in the back half of Season 4 Governor Pryce really starts to show herself as cruel, arrogant, and unnecessarily harsh to an even greater degree than most Imperial officers. It's made clear that she has absolutely no military expertise, and while even Konstantine was at least a loyal soldier, Pryce is little more than a career politician with a sadistic totalitarian streak and delusions of superiority. She demonstrates her cruelty by torturing Hera [[ForTheEvulz solely for the fun of it]], not even to get information from her, and ends that same episode by blowing up the Imperial fuel storages on Lothal solely to kill [[spoiler: Kanan Jarrus]], despite the fact that one of her subordinates accurately protests that it will [[PragmaticVillainy do more harm than good.]] Thrawn calls her out on this since it was effectively [[NiceJobFixingItVillain the biggest Rebel win]] of the campaign to that point (and ultimately handed the Rebels the entire civil war).
* ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheBadBatch'':
** Vice Admiral Rampart is the first Imperial to push for the replacement of clones with recruits, which is indicated to be more out of a personal hatred for clones than an actual belief that recruits will be better. He also spearheads the occupation of Ryloth, going so far as trying to have its senator assassinated just to make Cham Syndulla look bad. His treatment of the clones becomes worse and worse, culminating in him [[spoiler: destroying Kamino and trying to let Crosshair die in the chaos]]. In season 2 he becomes even worse, killing several of his own clones and ordering a hit on a Senator. It makes it all the more satisfying when [[spoiler:he gets caught, arrested in front of the entire senate, and presumably executed.]]
** Lieutenant Nolan is a human Pong Krell - a ruthless, arrogant asshole who has a limitless supply of hatred for clone troopers. It's telling that in his first few minutes of screentime, he reacts with annoyance about being put in charge of a team of clones, going so far as to call them "used equipment", and shortly thereafter, when he slips on a patch of ice and one of his men attempts to help him, he thanks the trooper by angrily pushing him away. The worst of it is when [[spoiler: at the end of the episode, Crosshair and Mayday make it back to the outpost after narrowly surviving a deadly avalanche, but without the cargo they were sent to retrieve. Nolan criticizes them both for failing, and also refuses to provide medical aid for a dying Mayday, even as the otherwise cold-hearted Crosshair ''begs'' him to help his comrade. It's little wonder why Crosshair reaches a breaking point and frags Nolan after he pushes Crosshair too far.]]
** Dr. Royce Hemlock takes over as BigBad in the second half of season 2 and proves to be far worse than Rampart, Nolan, or Krell in terms of treatment of clones. Working out of Mount Tantiss, his operation doesn't even exist in any records because it conducts experiments that are too awful, and he is said to torture clones to death en masse, with the implication that at least part of his motivation is ForTheEvulz. He sees his experiments as justified because he considers clones to be Imperial property, not people. The first time we get an idea of just how depraved he is is when his cloned Zillo Beast rampages in a village, resulting in him ordering the arrest and execution of the entire populace just because they saw the creature. Later, when Crosshair tries to break out of his facility, Hemlock gases the room and then walks in himself, having immunized himself to the toxin by exposing himself to it. His sadism is further accentuated by how quiet his voice is.

** [[spoiler:King Aldrich Leviathan. As revealed in [[Recap/AmphibiaS3E25TheCoreAndTheKing "The Core & The King"]], Aldrich was the one truly responsible for the events of the series. He was shown to be abusive towards his son Andrias and was responsible for ruining Andrias' friendship with Leif and Barrel and putting Andrias on the dark path he was shown to be on in "True Colors". Even in death, Aldrich continued to manipulate and abuse his son by assimilating himself with the Core and trying to manipulate him into [[AlienInvasion invading]] and [[PlanetLooters ravaging Earth]].]]

* On ''WesternAnimation/MiraculousLadybug'' we have [[Characters/MiraculousLadybugChloeBourgeois Chloé Bourgeois]]. An AlphaBitch of the highest class, her constant belittling and bullying of everybody around her, exploiting the fact that she's the daughter of the Mayor of Paris to get whatever she wants (even getting people expelled from her school) and only noting that she has hurt people's feelings just enough to snark about it, it's no wonder that most of the Akuma attacks on the show can be attributed to her. However, Chloé shifts to a JerkassWoobie in season two, showing sympathetic qualities and a FreudianExcuse. [[spoiler:She goes back to being a Hate Sink come the season 3 finale, where she willingly sides with [[BigBad Hawk Moth]] over her newfound resentment of Ladybug for forbidding her from fighting alongside her as a superhero anymore (for her and her loved ones' safety since her secret identity was known by Hawk Moth) and exposes the identities of all the SixthRanger heroes to the villains.]]

** [[Characters/MiraculousLadybugLilaRossi Lila Rossi]] seems to be taking Chloé's place as the most loathsome student. She's dishonest enough to lie to people to get attention or invoke sympathy, spiteful towards Ladybug when her lies are exposed, and inculpable enough to blame her for humiliating her. She gets even worse when she willingly lets herself be Akumatized and helps Hawk Moth of her own volition. You know she's bad when Marinette says Lila is worse than Chloé. [[spoiler:However, Chloé does eventually help Hawk Moth of her own volition as well, therefore making her and Lila equally loathsome.]]
