In Forrest Gump, when does it imply that Jenny died of AIDS? I always got the impression it was cancer.
Hide / Show RepliesRe: Masters of the Universe- actually since Kevin and Julie know when and where the Cosmic Key will show up on Earth they can avoid all the nightmares they went through the first time. All they have to do is go pick up the key and wait for He-Man to show up then hand it over. Skeletor's forces only found them by tracking the key's signal when they activated it, not knowing what it was. As long as they don't turn the key on Skeletor can't find them.
Does the scene in 28 days later where the protagonist finds their dead mum and dad with a note to him to not wake up count as fridge horror? It sure got me messed up! :-)
Hide / Show Repliesthat is just good old fashioned High Octane Nightmare Fuel. unless there you thought of a way via fridge logic/brilliance yto make it even scarier than what is already there

Has anyone thought of adding a Bram Stoker's Dracula page to the film section? I only mention because I noticed a bit of potential fridge horror. Since Dracula is in a Catholic universe, there is no reincarnation and since we know Dracula can manipulate people's emotions perhaps Mina only looks like his dead wife. That makes him delusional and projecting his emotions and memories onto Mina. Which means she only thinks she loves him. That's pretty creepy. Anyone agree?
