There are two different cuts of the film Cafe Flesh, the original X-rated hardcore porn version from 1982 and a "R-rated" cut version from 1984 that saw limited release in mainstream theaters. When the article says "Café Flesh was very ambitious in its satirical message and alienated most of its target audience who just wanted to see some explicit sex, but got some mind bogglingly surreal story instead." does that refer to the original cut or the censored R-rated version? Is their a specific policy reason that we don't mention their are two different cuts of the film existing in this article?
