Removal of Witness Protection trope.

Saying Joey/Tom was in Witness Protection cannot be supported by anything said in the film, and can only be inferred by using Fridge Logic to explain that that would be how Joey/Tom was able to have legal documents to marry, start a business, etc. The stated facts of Joey's transformation into Tom are that:

- He killed several of Fogarty's men and maimed Fogarty himself, then disappeared from Philadelphia;

- He lived in the desert for three years trying to "kill" Joey;

- The name "Tom Stall" was in his own words, "available".

Finally, had Joey/Tom actually been in Witness Protection, his handler never would have let him go to Philadelphia.
