This is is the first time I've recommended something so I'm not real sure what to do here. But it's a complete series about a FTM trans Stiles and it is So. Freakin. Good. It's an AU of course and features a pack of Derek, Stiles, Allison, Scott, Lydia, Jackson, and Danny. It's got a side order of Scott/Allison and Lydia/Jackson.
It's the first fic that I've ever read that featured a trans character and I was surprised to find out how much I loved it. I looked at the summary and was like "wait what they made Stiles trans???" and curiosity got me and I clicked it and I'm grateful I did. It's one of my favorite Teen Wolf fics, definitely in my top 5.
