I disagree with the inclusion of Bleach. None of the worlds are represented as being a horrible place, just imperfect due to being run by human souls(and the unguessable Spirit King). Also Hueco Mondo doesn't count due to it being a sort of temporary Hell for Hollows to suffer in loneliness and fear. Nobody else is SUPPOSED to go or live there due to Hollows being abominations of souls.
