I'd separate between introduced in the main game and introduced in Future Redeemed.

So is it possible to bold or italicize which Consuls are plot related (D, K for example) and which ones are in sidequests (R for example)?

Regarding some of the recent Irma-related tropes, she never struck me as looking like a child. Indeed, along with Ayase (7th term) she was one of the oldest looking members of Colony Mu. Certainly not comparable to Joran. I just don't think the child tropes can really apply by the time you're 16 or older.
How would we go about adding the Moebius that appeared in FR? Consul W in FR is completely different to the one in the base game.
