In one of the latest entries, it has been stated that: In the official Twilight of the Golden Witch manga, it was confirmed that she had died by drowning. The manga goes on to confirm that the battles between Battler and Beatrice since Legend of the Golden Witch occur after that in Purgatory, between Sayo's deceased spirit (Beatrice) and Tohya's missing memories (Battler).
Does the manga confirm that? If anything, it seems to me that the latest chapters imply that Toya/Battler was "arguing" with an imaginary Beatrice to sort out his memories and trauma, just like Yasu used to do with her imaginary friends about mystery books.

I disagree with the Can't Have Sex, Ever entry under Yasu — it's very likely they got reconstructive surgery to pass them as female to go along with the fact Yasu was raised at one.
If anything, Yasu's biggest issue is that they cannot give George what they want (ie: a family), and would not be able to perform as Kanon for Jessica if they tried to pass as male.
I didn't delete it, I just hid it.
The manga is more clearer on this.
