I'm... not certain. Her design seems to be intentionally sexy, but attention is never drawn to it and her actual portrait art isn't exactly lewd. If someone adds the trope I won't revert it, but I don't plan to add it meyself

Should we add Ms. Fanservice to Urumi's folder? I know this sounds odd, but people on 4chan and Danbooru are shocked that ZUN actually did a character with large breasts, and she is also the second character with Bare Your Midriff, it overall seems like a fanservicey design by ZUN's standards.
