The page image is clearly from Age of Sigmar, not Total War Warhammer. https://totalwar.com/ has a couple of actual concept art pictures to draw from.

Then we'll have it hidden until a proper in-game artwork is available and we can replace the old one with the new.

Why not just delete it since it's not a proper picture? Leave a note at the top of the page to wait until we have a proper ingame image.

Just wait til there's official in-game artwork and you can just change the original image link with the new one. Then we can unhide it.
