I agree. What if we leave his physical form image as the default profile picture? It's way more representative of what they are as a character.

Okay, am I the only person who can't stop seeing parallels to Pink Diamond?
The youngest and smallest of a quartet of space-faring gods (The Diamonds/The Archivists) that invade other worlds. They're often ignored by their older siblings when all they want is companionship, they are sent to another world (Earth/The Boiling Isles) by their siblings to get them out of the way before they find themselves stranded on that planet after their kin had blighted it, with signs of that war being present all over, and they start out as all-powerful brats before learning about valuing others for who and what they are, make friends with what are essentially their servants/playmates (Pearl/King) and eventually reuniting with their family (though Pink's case is a little more subtextual).
