I think it's possible, but let's see where Butcher takes the character first. He certainly could become one in future instalments, but I don't think he is as of Skin Game.
Could Harry be considered fit for Messianic Archetype?
He seems to have some sort of destiny, chosen for a tough path to combat the dark things in the world. Rashid notes in Turn Coat, it wasn't his time to combat the Senior Council. He is also called Starborn.
He did have a resurrection from a near death situation.
On speaking terms with an Archangel.
A fallen one sought to remove him from life and pushed him to that.
