Do we really need all the characters listed who debuted in other games? It just seems redundant. Maybe Handsome Jack, since he's an important secondary character, but the rest?

I think it might be worth it to keep them and note the tropes that specifically apply to their Tales appearances. Such as Scooter's Breaking the Fourth Wall moment and Athena's Glowing Eyes of Doom and Relationship Upgrade. The characters might not feature for long but they still can factor in significantly for the story.
Well, yes, but we can put all that on their normal character entries. There's no need to give them separate ones.
