Can we add World's Strongest Man or World's Best Warrior to Mario since he’s a skilled fighter and has unbelievable strength.

No, because there's no indication in the games where Mario holds that distinction. Also, how do we know his strength is truly unmatchable in his universe? If we were to theorize about that we'd succumb to Speculative Troping.

Is there a trope regarding self-esteem issues? Luigi is really down and depressed in Super Smash Bros., especially Brawl and in the Mario & Luigi series in particular, he does respond to being constantly overlooked whether it's with visible ellipses or face faults. In many games, he looks up to Mario and thinks him as the better brother, suggesting that he doesn't think of himself as anywhere near as good.

Considering Miyamoto-san himself stated such, why not give each of them the surname of Mario in their listings?

Were it up to me, I'd split all three princesses (Peach, Daisy, and Rosalina) into their own page together should the need arise. Also, I'd like to see entries for Baby Mario and Baby Luigi in the Mario Brothers page. Any thoughts?

Wouldn't that make the Mario Brothers page irrelevant? Just separate the tropes in that page and give them to the characters.

I'm all for re-merging the Mario Bros. page, my suggestion was for after that. The page would cover Mario, Luigi, Baby Mario, and Baby Luigi.
