regarding one off characters — do we really need entries for one off characters that we don't even see? like, entries on Hector and the Pole Position kid are one thing, but i don't think entries like "Wrong Opiniony Mike" and "Sweepstakes Winner Announcery Jim" are characters more so than they're mere joke setups. (for that matter, what about "Questioning Max" in the Microconsoles episode?)
i think we should remove entries for one off joke setups like those. (not sure on Reporty Jim though, since he did appear physically in one shot)
