The "General" tab seems to have a combination of tropes that apply to the denizens of the Dark Lands, but also non-character tropes that apply to the location itself. I don't think I've seen a character page also include settings, is this a thing that we're supposed to do?
Related, the Mushroom Kingdom page has a "General" folder that only seems to have tropes that apply to the setting, since all of the tropes that apply to the denizens of the Kingdom are under the "Toads (species)" folder.
Seems to me that "Cold Blooded.Torture" might be played straight later in the movie for Bowser when he order Kamek to us Electric Torture on Toad. I am only NOT simply going ahead and editing this in because if it was omitted this long, perhaps it was intentional?
