I don't know, it seems like from what little we see that Najimi looks and behaves mostly the same way they always have (note how it takes time for Tadano to even notice they are any different when they reunite). The only thing more "boyish" about them in the past seemed to be the uniform they wore. Sure they engaged in chuuni behavior too, but that was to accommodate Tadano's interests (a skill of Najimi being how they can get along with a huge range of people's interests).
Should the trope Used to Be Tomboy be added to Najimi's page? Their gender is ambiguous in the present but their gender expression seems to lean more toward female, while in Tadano's flashback when Najimi is first introduced, they appear more boyish. I don't know if this would exactly qualify Najimi for this trope or not though. Any thoughts?
