Why are the names in Japanese order? Other japanese works (Naruto, Gintama, Evangelion, Fate/Zero) all use the Western order so why should this one be any different?

And here I thought it was because of some specific reason. I guess someone willl have to fix that.
Isumi saginomiya dont know the Love of Wataru, she dont lie. she only hidden information, in 330 chapter she say affirmation sentences, she never contradics herself. Her logic is distorted but she no lied.
