I recommend that only season 4 spoilers be marked from here on out. Many characters' placements do not accurately reflect the status quo as of this season.

Should Barbara's entry really have "Intended Audience Reaction"? We can't be sure if Barbara was always intended to be a psychopath or if the writers added that in later due to the amount of hate she received from the audience.
Should we go ahead and add The Sociopath to Fish's entry? Because by now, she seems to demonstrate most, if not all, of the characteristics of a sociopath, including viewing and treating people as tools, seeing them as disposable, treating actions and gestures and things to be taught and used, her complete lack of empathy and arguably emotional attachment to people. Sure, sociopaths still get angry and happy but it's their complete lack of empathy and love for others that defines them and she seems to hit all the bullets points very chillingly.
There a reason Frankystein commented out both examples of Stalker with a Crush? They seemed to have enough context.
