Expy is only for deliberate copies of another character and IIRC requires evidence like a Word of God statement to back it up now. Coincidental similarities aren't enough anymore.
If not that, I guess Shout-Out would work better then.

Should we move PHH Morgan's tropes here in a section on this page or leave it in the Crypter page? I'm leaning towards moving, but it's a little iffy since so far we've kept variants of other characters separate.

It’s a tossup for me, since I’m not sure I agree with all the ones moved to other pages, but in this particular case I am well aware that I don’t know everything about the convoluted backstory behind the character.
(I am also deeply skeptical that the character is actually so troperiffic that she needs her own page, but that’s neither here nor there.)
AFAIK, Tonelico was doing her own thing before PHH Morgan came and infodumped her own past and the Lostbelt's future to her, eventually giving us this Morgan.
Part of me wants to say to keep PHH Morgan in Crypter page, but at the same time, it feels like TvTropes has no idea how to deal with Lostbelt-versions of characters. Like Ivan was split up when his Interlude revealed that suddenly he is PHH Ivan in Lostbelt Ivan's body... but apparently Xiang Yu is the same thing, but he is kept under one folder? And what about Lostbelt Liangyu and Li Shuwen? Or Lostbelt versions of Gareth and Percival? When is it fine to split the story tropes like that?
I almost think that the next character to deserve a character page is Koyanskaya, just because she has four different folders. Also to give an excuse to update her with the current information.

In fairness, that’s at least partly because the game itself is extremely schizophrenic about splitting Lostbelt and Proper versions of characters. Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi springs to mind.
I think the main point with both Morgan and Koyanskaya is to allow all of the versions to be on the same page instead of having to navigate through 3-4 different pages for what is, by all means, the same character at different moments of the story.
In "I Have Many Name" it's written " it's implied that Vivian is her actual birth name that became attributed to her alternate personality as Lady of the Lake." Is't it PHH Morgan was a Lady of the Lake and not LB Morgan? Shouldn't it be "that became attributed to her PHH version's alternative personality as Lady of the Lake." or something?
I'm against separating Panhuman Morgan and Lostbelt Morgan. How it's any relevant to sort out the different bodies if it's the same soul?
Does she remind anybody here of Homura's arc from Madoka Magica? I mean, several time travel shenanigans, turning cold after several failed attempts of saving their people/a certain someone, etc. If so, we could add an Expy example onto her page.
