Frank's heart attack is definitely Harsher in Hindsight to medical professionals (with a good memory). Anyone remember Nicole, the lying/stealing/pregnancy-faking Damsel in Distress Luka was involved with in season 8? Frank caught her with his PDA when he recognized the sound of the alarm he had set, to remind him to take his Vioxx every day. The writers had no way of knowing it back then, but between that episode and the one with Frank's MI, Vioxx was pulled from the market when it turned out that it causes... heart attacks when taken regularly.

The part where it's mentioned about Peter Benton being an Extreme Doormat and how he's trying to please people who are taking advantage of him. Could you please elaborate and give examples?
