The thing is, she's only ever "Catwoman" basically up until Cell gets introduced. By the time the cast knows of him, they're basically on the same side from then on. They just have too few interactions when they're actually enemies to count, in my opinion.

I wouldn't necessary call them good after Cell arrives. Just that they had other things on their mind, like trying not to be absorb, kind of like Vegeta's enemy mine situation on Namek. Krillin was still task with shutting down 18 and killing her.
