Sorry, I was just noticed I was invited. I always thought it was appropriate that Evil 21 would be a seprate character since Good 21 is the real 21, and the 21 seen in the first two routes was actually Evil 21 taking control of her body. what if we also gave Evil 21 her own folder?
I don’t think so, since Good 21 is actually her real personality. Long before the story starts, 21's persona has already split into a good half and an evil half. The good half being the "true" persona, and the evil already having its own sentience.
In short, we never see a time where there's a "fused" Android 21 who's both good and evil, like Innocent Buu.
If we ever do make a third folder, I think it should be for design elements that the two versions share, such as most of their fighting abilities, their appearance, etc.. But it would be something like

This sounds more in favor of Evil 21 having her own folder. If Good 21 is the true persona, then why does she have her own folder while Evil 21 is the main Android 21 with examples of Good 21? What sense does that make?
Because for most of the story "Android 21" is the villain. We don't know that there's a good or an evil Android 21 until the final arc, and even then, the split doesn't happen until very close to the end. For most of the game, including every other mode besides Story, "Android 21" refers to the Big Bad of the game. She was even marketed as the villain before the final game was even released.
Good Android 21 is a complete spoiler, so she gets her own folder. Evil Android 21 is, more or less, the character we're introduced to from the start, even if that wasn't officially her name until the very end.
If you see tropes in the wrong place, then it's just probably something we overlooked.

That's explained on the page. Original Android 21 was greatly under the control and influence of the Evil 21. Before they ever split, the Earthling Soul states that they see "someone else" inside Android 21 messing up their link.
In short, Evil Android 21 is pretty much the exact same character as the Original 21, before her personality was sealed away by the wave machine.
In Arc 3, 21’s true personality was In control, so saying Original 21 is the exact same character as Evil 21 is inaccurate. Also in the story proper, Good 21 is simply referred as “Android 21” whereas Evil 21 is always called “Android 21 (Evil)”.

Since Evil Android 21 is the character this page is focused on, I feel like her "folder" is redundant. Good 21 can/should still be in a spoiler folder, but Android 21's tropes should not be in a folder.

It’s in a folder for two reasons:
- To avoid accidentally spoiling people who don’t know she’s a Walking Spoiler.
- To make the page easier to navigate, because the character iis Troperiffic like crazy.
A lot of the evil tropes are being moved to Evil 21's folder even though Evil 21 doesn't fully exist until the third route. Might just be me, but until the third route, the only one we deal with is 21 having already succumbed to her hunger, so I'm of the opinion that the tropes from those routes should remain in 21's main folder. The persona that forms evil 21 might be the true Big Bad of the game, but she's still part of the whole until that third route.

My personal opinion is that "Evil" 21 is the one who was doing all the well...evil stuff even before she splits from Good 21. Remember, during the scenes where we are linked to her, the Earthling Soul says there was "someone else" inside of 21 who was manipulating her hunger.
The story treats them as two separate personas even long before the split. The split just makes it more obvious.
Here's my question: if "evil" 21 wasn't inside her at the time, would 21 have done any of the bad things in the first two routes? The likely answer is no, so I think we can still attribute those acts to the evil half.

Personally, I feel that 21's good side is more of a spoiler than her evil side, since we don't learn that she even has a good side until the final story. I think it would be more appropriate to have evil!21 listed first as the "main" 21 and have good!21 listed as the "spoiler character".
