Ambiguous Gender Identity: While his first two bodies were clearly male, after stealing Becky's and later Izzy's bodies, DeVoe seems perfectly comfortable, implying that he may be gender-fluid.

I pulled this on account of De Voe clearly still identifying as a man in spite of possessing a female body, as shown in "Subject 9" where he insists to Marlize that he's "still the same man". As such, I would suggest that his gender identity is not ambiguous. It is male.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders!

So do we create a "New Rogues" heading for Mirror Master and the Top or just put them with the other evil metas?
