Possibly incorrect, but anime may prove me wrong. So I save it for prosperity.
- Attempted Rape: In the game, it was heavily implied that Kamoshida went all the way with sexually assaulting Shiho. In the anime, he's shown hitting her, and just as he's about to do the deed, he stops when somebody is about to come in the room.
As I recall, Shiho was shown on the ground, hit by Kamoshida, but he remained standing. They never directly showed him having any lustful interest that I saw. Probably best to have taken it out.
Well in the game, Kamoshida does rape Shiho, we just don't know how far the show is willing to go yet. (Well...unless you have a Premium Crunchyroll account...which I don't T_T)
I believe this scene is just abuse, physical abuse, which is true to the events in the game. It is implied that Kamoshida is abusing students, they just leave the lengths of the abuse vege. Until Shiho's rape. Which while not outright stated, is HEAVILY implied.
In terms of the Valentine's Day episode, I feel like users are misunderstanding the setup; it's 'Omnibus format' which in anime terms means a seperate universe with each girl as your valentine's date. It is NOT the complete cheating route (this would be impossible due to various dialogue, the fact that some dates take place in the day and some at night, the fact that some of the girls say Ren never contacted them 'yesterday' when he was clearly on a date with them, etc.)
I am putting this here just because of the tendency to misunderstand what's going on with it. The 'cheating' route was put there as a final bit of fun, a joke, and is the only one that isn't done in first person too.
