*Primary Developer: This gets complicated with Sweet Tooth. Technically he\'s had the same developer for his entire life-span, but they\'ve been broken up, moved around, changed names and been brought back onto the project sporadically (they\'ve gone from being [=SingleTrac=] to Incognito to being split into Light Box Interactive and Eat Sleep Play). Not sure how to explain that one in a few lines. There\'s also the issue of {{gaiden game}}s getting developed on the side while the primary developer works on a main installment (this completely discounts the contribution from Ready at Dawn and High Impact Games). Another decision of mine has rebooted characters being listed with their current developer, as is the case for Raiden and Dante (Raiden\'s \'\'Revengeance\'\' incarnation is pretty far-removed from the work of Kojima Productions). Finally, this doesn\'t count co-development, such as with Kat\'s game being mostly developed by Project Siren with help from SCE Japan.

*Debut: This one got confusing at one point: I listed Big Daddy and Heihachi as debuting on a particular Playstation system because they got their start on the PC/360 and the arcade cabinets respectively. Someone got confused and assumed this convention applied to all third-party characters, even though Dante and Raiden debuted on the PS2. Just wanted to get that sorted out

*Voiced by: It wasn\'t my idea to list multiple voices for characters receiving a VoiceForTheVoiceless or who has a prominent side-kick, but I see no issue with it as long as it doesn\'t go overboard (overboard meaning listing cast-members only appearing in cut-scenes).

*Appears on: I was never planning to count re-releases on the PSN because of them being direct ports, only PSN originals like \'\'Festival of Blood\'\' or \'\'Quest for Booty\'\'. Another problematic decision was to count characters appearing on \'\'other\'\' crossovers, which is why Heihachi is listed as appearing on the Vita even though that was entirely to do with \'\'StreetFighterXTekken\'\' (moreover, his being listed as appearing on the PSN is meainly because of \'\'Dark Resurrection\'\' being ported to the PSN with a variety of new features). For both these reasons I\'ve listed Sly, Ratchet and Jak as appearing on the PSN due to \'\'Move Heroes\'\'.
