I added it, while I thought the accounted for thing would fall under JustifiedTrope in line with the current http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/PlayingWith/VillainForgotToLevelGrind, I expected the main thing against its addition would be it\'s a \'\'\'VideoGame trope\'\'\' or for Matrix-like digital worlds and the likes with quantified power levels etc. It\'s streching it for the star wars moviverse

edit : nevermind, a discussion being opened suggested one could ask for an explanation as opposed to a why does it matter copout. My bad, I should have known better after watching other\'s contributions -admittedly misguided- being called crap. An outright deletion would have been less misguiding. Sorry

I cut this for now. At the moment, it just seems a little overly long and defensive, while providing no examples of the \'other stereotypes\' it\'s referring to. Still, maybe it could be cleared up a bit.

** Not to mention numerous other stereotypes about [=JRPGs=] that are largely based on exaggerations or mischaracterizations of \'\'Final Fantasy\'\' (And mostly \'\'VII\'\' and \'\'VIII\'\' at that)... ignoring not only the fact that many of these weren\'t actually true of \'\'Final Fantasy\'\', but that it\'s not actually a particularly typical representative of the genre. To what degree there \'\'is\'\' a typical representative of the genre -- it\'s actually very diverse, especially when you take into account all the ones that never came to the US because they were [[WidgetSeries \

edit : nevermind, a discussion being open suggested one could ask for an explanation as opposed to a why does it matter copout. My bad, I should have known better after watching other\'s contributions -admitedly misguided- being called crap. An outright delete would have been less misguiding. Sorry

The thing is I saw it added to another page with lots of curators (Dark Knight Rises) and It seemed to fit fine in the not-over-serious nature of the RTOJ entry here, but it\'s a good call IMO.

I added it, while I thought the accounted for thing would fall under JustifiedTrope in line with the current http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/PlayingWith/VillainForgotToLevelGrind the main thing against its addition would be it\'s a \'\'\'VideoGame trope\'\'\' or for Matrix-like digital worlds and the likes with quantified power levels etc. It\'s streching it for the star wars moviverse
