I cut this for the now. At the moment, it just seems a little overly long and defensive, while providing no examples of the \'other stereotypes\' it\'s referring to. Still, maybe it could be cleared up a bit.

The thing is I saw it added to another page with lots of curators (Dark Knight Rises) and It seemed to fit fine in the not-over-serious nature of the RTOJ entry here, but it\'s a good call IMO.
