I wonder if one could possibly have an English variant of this trope; like, a female character who uses rather gender-specific \\\'\\\'male\\\'\\\' terms (like \\\"bro\\\" \\\"dude\\\" and \\\"guy\\\") to refer to herself, and associates herself with other males as if she were the same gender. Would it be a take on this?

EDIT: If the character is referred \\\'\\\'to\\\'\\\' with male pronouns (as in \\\"he,\\\" \\\"him,\\\" etc.), and is acknowledged as male, but about halfway through the plot, they drop a Bridget on someone and reveal Bifauxnen the truth.
