Because (1) it makes the common mistake of speaking as if there\\\'s a single \\\"original\\\" source for vampires and werewolves that can be consulted to determine what they\\\'re \\\"really\\\" like when there are, in fact, hundreds of wildly differing \\\"original\\\" myths, (2) in most cultures, werewolves and vampires are very much distinct creatures, and (3) \\\'\\\'{{Dracula}}\\\'\\\' has little in common with traditional vampire lore.

Since it was the only entry under \\\"Folklore\\\" and I didn\\\'t want to delete the folder, I looked the matter up on TheOtherWiki and threw a summary of what it said on the connection between vampires and werewolves in folklore (to be fair, the OP wasn\\\'t just making stuff up, they were simply overgeneralizing a single culture\\\'s belief to folklore in general). Feel free to edit it for accuracy if you\\\'ve actually done some research, but please don\\\'t \\\"fix\\\" it based on movies you\\\'ve seen or your gut feelings about how folklore probably works.
