There are many mutated humans of varying abilities and shapes. There is one group so far that is uniform in both appearance and ability called stickies. They basically have a super glue kungfu grip and are strong enough to rip flesh of off bones once they get stuck to someone. They also have very flexible tissue making it hard to kill them they are kind alike shooting wet rubbery sponges but die instantly if you blow their heads off.
