To put it simply, after defeating the Prowler, his plea of forgiveness is outright rejected and Miles renounces him as family (until the Prowler\'s BigDamnHeroes moment at least), while he still tries to convince the Tinkerer during their fight that they\'re family and forgives her straight away once she is defeated (mainly because of her HeelRealization). Also, Phin\'s plan caused probably more destruction to Harlem than any heist Aaron\'s ever participated in the ENTIRE New York during the latters time as Prowler.
