I noticed that Garp is classified as having Conqueror\'s Haki under his section. However, as far as I know, it was never directly stated in the story in actual words, as opposed to how it has been done for every other user. The only evidence we have is a visual representation from his attack. Which, even then, is a little unclear since Oda has been known to use the black lightning effects for attacks from non-Conquerors (one example is when Ulti headbutted Usopp). I\'m just wondering, should we wait until it\'s actually stated in words before we classify him as a user?
