Edited to add: The trope description does actually mention gods towards the end, which didn\\\'t make much sense, so I checked the original trope draft, and gods were not originally part of the trope. I think we might need to ask for clarification on the trope description about whether creator gods should apply since they\\\'re \\\'\\\'expected\\\'\\\' to be older than the planet.

What might be an example of TimeAbyss are Ozpin, Salem and Ozpin\'s cane, since all three are inconceivably ancient by the standards both objects and people. Ozpin admits in Volume 5 that he and Salem have been fighting for thousands of years, he tells Hazel in Volume 8 that Hazel will be unable to comprehend the length of time that Salem has been alive, and the cane has been with Ozma for countless lifetimes (since the host that\'s implied to have fathered the silver-eyed warrior lineage, and silver-eyed warriors are supposedly an ancient lineage predating kingdoms).
