If you mean by an individual entry, while she can shut down units that rely on instant specials like Time\\\'s Pulse/2 cooldown special with -1 max cooldown, she unfortunately has a few common counters that can take her down without even using specials and ignore her follow-up manipulation effects and sometimes her DamageReduction as well, such as Brave and Legendary Marth, Legendary Nanna, and Ascended Mareeta.
