Anyone know better where this came from?

On the other hand, she has basically everything else. Her fallen version, in terms of base kit, has -1 Special, healthy Desperation, and Null Follow Up as the B skill, whereas her regular self has -1 Special, Null Follow Up, and Spectrum Solo all built into her weapon. I think it\'d just come down to how important that healthy Desperation effect is, since it is a safer engagement, but on the other hand, the extra stats is also what would help make for a safer engagement.
