There is no indication how far Merlot\'s island is from Vale, but it is meant to be remote and probably not a part of the Kingdom. As for Mountain Glenn, it contained a base for Merlot\'s corporation in some unspecified past, but we have no idea if he was ever personally there. An argument can be made for moving him to Eastern Sanus, but I\'d rather just keep him where he is, since his connection to Vale is rather questionable.
