Mentioning it as a related work is fine, of course. Linking to the Kickstarter, in my personal opinion, seems gratuitous.

We're not allowed to link to Amazon store pages for web novels, so I don't see why links to Kickstarter campaigns would be allowed.

Yeah, that's what I expected, just wanted to make sure.
Radiant Black is an ongoing comic series from Image. The book is promoting the Kickstarter for a graphic novel called Inferno Girl Red, from a different writer, with the writers for both works saying that the two are connected, and Inferno Girl Red also appeared in Radiant Black already.
Is it okay to mention it as a related work and link the Kickstarter in the lead section of Radiant Black's page?
