Might look at Otaku for the stereotype of Asian origin, loosely equivalent to Basement-Dweller in connotation but with it's own nuances.
Also ties in with "It's always the quiet ones...", the stereotype (which we don't seem to have yet as a trope) that The Quiet One's shyness masks an insane libido and taste for the Head-Tiltingly Kinky. Combine that with the stereotype that various Asian cultures encourage keeping your head down and not rocking the boat, and you get the idea that entire nations over there are full of quiet, unassuming people who are all into super freaky stuff behind closed doors.

All Anime Is Naughty Tentacles would be a sub-trope; the idea that Asian people are promiscuous, sleazy, have creepy kinks, or are even pedophiles. An example would be that character from Game Grumps who's a Japanese pedophile.
