If the company is willing to use blackmail and emotional abuse, that implies they are on the villainous side of things, making the "You are not allowed to quit" bit Resignations Not Accepted.

Making the company sorry for it is a tougher call. "I'll ruin you for trying to blackmail me" implies Pay Evil unto Evil, but I'm not sure without more details.

Well the the reason the company doesnt want them to quit is because they dont want them making money for other companies but their supernaturally powerful so they start to vandalize the premise and refuse to do their job.
