Like an Evil Laugh, or are you thinking of triumphant laughter, whch I dont think shows up in any of the tropes on here?
More like triumphant, yes.

Deep into that darkness, peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.Could relate to Victory Gloating.
It's not exactly the way I'm thinking about it, it's more like they're happy that everything's over. (Or something like that)
Deep into that darkness, peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.I think I get what you mean. Don't know if there's a name for it.
It's sort of relief laughter, and it lets the audience know the main conflict of the story is over. Best example I could think of is this, from the end of Jaws: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqpe2vx3svQ&t=2m47s
That's what you mean?
Look through Ending Tropes. I saw "Everybody Laughs" Ending in there but that might not be the same thing.

Is there a trope for (often) Main Characters that starts laughing when they have succeeded? It seems pretty common.
