It's been a good couple years since I last played this game, so I don't remember much about it and what I do remember might be inaccurate, apologies in advance.
Anyway, the game in question had a Pokémon angle to it where there were several dozen mons you comprised the playable forces; the mons came from eggs shaped like uncut crystals and you had a number of elixirs that you could pour onto the eggs to make them hatch. The egg would develop into a specific creature depending on the elixir used.
The only gameplay areas I remember are a small cave, a basic battle arena, and an overworld map where you could go to the aforementioned two places and the lab where you hatched mons.
