Verbal Tic is a subtrope of Catchphrase, going by VT's description of "An exceptionally odd Catch-Phrase used to the point it seems more like a bodily emission than speaking." and is listed as such in Catch-Phrase.

The difference seems to be that the character doesn't actually control the Verbal Tic, while a Catchphrase is something they deliberately say.
