I think it should. That's a Conversation In The Main Page, and that's against the rules. Looks like it was a Running Gag to be funny when the page was created years ago, though someone recently bit into it and added on the gag last month.
I'll wait for a mod and see if this gag needs retiring.

Since it's Conversation on the main page, the mods will likely say cut it back to the actual example(s). Such a running gag would be on a JFF page. Maybe.
