Thanks so much! That's been driving me crazy all day
Okay so I can't remember if this was an episode of supernatural or a super out there episode of criminal minds, but basically two teens, a brother and sister, lived in a mansion together and the sister had a fake limb and the brother tried to keep her away from school so she wouldn't get made fun of and also so she wouldn't tell people about their family. Their mom not that many years before this episode and the son took on the family's mission to seek out women who were supposedly being influence by the devil. And the whole crime that got whoever was investigating's attention was the boy painting pictures that came in his visions and he would kidnap the women he painted and stick them in a well and fill it with water and drown them and then dress the bodies up in Victorian dresses and put them in abandoned buildings. And towards the end he paints his sister and tries to drown her but she gets saved in time.
