When trying to bump something, just type "Bump". People will understand then.
In regards to the original question:
- Lampshaded: The usage of the trope is referenced within the work itself. Often used to poke fun at the conventions of the trope.
- Discussed/Conversed: They are the same thing I believe, where two or more characters talk about the trope in question in a conversation.
Proper way to do that is just to say "Bump".
