The actual page that links to Main/PhilipKDick is Tropers/Karstovich2 (that is, TroperS with an S). It's strange that that shows up as Troper/Karstovich2 (without an S) though on Philip K. Dick's "related" page.
But it certainly isn't a problem that that Troper's page links to the Philip K. Dick page. Your issue is probably that Karstovich2's page links to Main/PhilipKDick instead of Creator/PhilipKDick?

I edited my first post to clarify... I might just be making a mountain out of a molehill, but I'm not sure.
Also, periods, instead of slashes, create wicks that also display the namespaces.

Worth noting is that links from Tropers/ pages do not count for cleanups and should not even appear on Related lists. The fact that it's from a "Troper" namespace indicates that a ghost wick may have been left behind by a cleanup process.

Main/PhilipKDick's related page
says its being wicked from "Troper/Karstovich 2", but I can't find that page to either fix the link, or cut it...
But, Troper.Karstovich 2 doesn't exist... And Tropers.Karstovich 2 links to the Creator version of the page... So, I'm not sure how the Related page is reporting what it is...
Does it matter? ... Is it a "Ghost Wick", whatever that is?
