First question: I'm not sure what you mean by this. Do you mean that they've been launched off the YKTTW page, but the person who launched them didn't create the actual trope page? In that case, they've been launched, go ahead and create the page.
Second question: If the trope's ready to launch, you can launch it any time, but it's polite to say that you're launching soon and give people a chance to offer last-minute thoughts.

Regarding the first question, I just noticed that under my watchlist there is a YKTTW history section and some of them have like an indication that some of them have been launched. With some of them on the list, I know they were launched (sometimes under a different name), but others of them haven't been launched as far as I can tell.

The launch list says who launched the YKTTW. We had a problem recently with a troper who was launching things because he didn't understand the system, but not creating the pages. The rules for YKTTW are at YKTTW Guidelines, although they may be obsolete for the new system.

Huh. I think that makes it a bit clearer because while a whole bunch of them indicate being launched, I can find no evidence of actual pages created for some of them. I'll read those guidelines and will go ahead and bump some of the ones that seem worthwhile (although I'm curious how the guidelines are different for the new system).

Edit- I tried bumping one of the fairly old ones, and it doesn't seem to show up under the new YKTTW system. For reference, it was called Thats Not How I Remember It. Maybe I should just re-suggest it?

So, now that I'm on summer vacation, I thought I might try to launch some of my YKTTW entries that I never got around to.
Two questions: Some of them are listed as being launched even though they weren't as far as I can tell. What does that mean?
Also, is there proper etiquette for going ahead- like should I do a "bump" first?
