My Japanese isn't good enough to translate, but I was thinking that may be a short health film for kids rather than an actual anime series.
Does anyone know?

The conversation at the start is, more or less:
- Let me see. - Okay. - Geh?! 40 degrees? Go to bed right now! - Could it be that I have a cold? - Just go to bed! That's most important when you're ill. Sabu! Go call the doctor right away!
I'm not sure about the narration at the end though.
