The Replacements? Not sure about the Swahili part, but the son was failing German, had his teacher replaced with an actual German so his parents wouldn't know (Because the adoptive father didn't know German), they went to some Suck E. Cheese's or something, the main machine messed up and the English Instructions were torn up, leaving German and some other language. Probably Swahili.
I'm looking for a cartoon where in this episode a spaceship is not working and only the Swahili instructions were available. A guy says "I speak Swahili!", but then he says "I can't read in Swahili. I just speak it." and also there was a boy trying to learn German.
