I think I remember this. The bats carrying in the night sky definitely rings a bell. And I think the title sequence showed a group of animals arriving at an outdoor cinema, with the episode's title card appearing on the screen?
I don't remember what it was called, though. I have a vague feeling it might have been "[x]toons", where [x] was maybe the name of the animator.

Hello! I am trying to figure out the name of a 5 minute 2D animation cartoon that played between shows where all the little animals, mountains, stars and trees had smiley faces and little round pink/red noses. Little bats even carried in the night sky to signify night time. I remember this cartoon from the late 90s early 2000s and need your help to put a name to it.
